Anyone try Speck cases? I usually buy those but I'm surprised no one has mentioned them yet.

Still waiting for my contract to end so I can re-up and get an iphone 6

The black leather blends in with the phone on the front so it doesn't even look like there's a case on it.

Yeah, my friend has the black leather case, and that's actually black. I don't really mind the dark grey of the silicone case, everything else is perfect.

I bought the Spigen Metal Hybrid and it's going back. Beyond the possible radio interference, it makes the mute button incredibly difficult to use. Bought the Otterbox Synergy and am very happy with it. It's a little slick compared to the TPU cases I'm used to but good quality even if a bit overpriced. I'm likely to pick up the LifeProof light model whenever they come out.

Is that the bumper or the case?

I have a clear Ringke Fusion on my 6, and love it. I dislike hard cases, but I like clear cases. This fits the bill for both. And I have dropped it, and it did its job.

Case. And it was otterbox symmetry, not synergy.

Well, after a long wait period my Neo Hybrid EX Metal bumper has shipped (due to arrive Monday). I was hoping that the antenna cutouts being exposed would mitigate the signal issues most metal cases have. :(

I bought an Elago S6 Slimfit2 case - http://www.amazon.com/iPhone-Case-elago-Slimfit2-4-7inch/dp/B00NCQI0B0/ - for my 6, after not loving the Spigen bumper I bought. The Elago is a minimalist case, but I have historically been a no-case guy and am using one only because the protruding lens makes a case a must for this particular phone IMO. I really really like it and I think it will be a keeper. As a bonus the phone, with case, still fits into my posh aluminum charging dock (I don't remember the brand but I paid a pretty penny for it a couple of years ago for my iPhone 5).

ended up getting this for my wife.

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

should be here tomorrow, i'll post back with the impressions.

so yeah ... i really like this case. i put it on my wife's phone and tried it out for a bit. it's pretty low profile and doesn't add much bulk, but it has some good protection. it does have a lip on it too so you can set it face down without worry. the only thing that i like about my case better than hers is that mine has a rubbery side so it has a little better grip. her case isn't slippery or anything, but it's just a flat surface which isn't quite as tacky as my case.

we put her iphone5 in her otterbox on top of this one, and the ip5 in the otterbox is basically the same size but thicker. the ip6 profile is pretty much identical to it but slimmer.

Finally got the case that was perfect for me. Got the "Rock 0.8MM Ultrathin Soft Clear TPU Crystal Cover Case For Apple iPhone 6 4.7'" from ebay for 6$ and it is awesome.

http://www.ebay.com/itm/25164651831...49&var=550550798506&ssPageName=STRK:MEBIDX:IT

Very thin, minimalistic, and covers the top and bottom. My only gripe is that it is a finger print magnet and since it's a clear case it may require cleaning. Also it's a soft TPU case so the sides don't hug the phone as rigid as I would like. It's just thick enough to prevent the .77mm protruding camera of the iphone 6 from getting scratched when it's laid down.

Had a Spigen Neo Hybrid and it was way too bulky and the aluminum bumper frame affected the antenna and drained the battery (7 hours of standby and light usage before it hit 20%). It was also a bit slippery in my hand due to the bulkiness.

Got a Caseology Leather and while it was slimmer it was still a bit bulky and the leather back looked very nice but it was slippery as well and I wanted something that was easier to hold.

I've found that TPU cases generally fit very well. The only exception in my experience was the bottom edge of the iPad mini / mini Retina. I had Incipio NGP cases for both. Since the bottom edge had openings for the Lightning connector and 2 speakers, it flexed a lot. Still loved the feel of it.

My Belkin Grip Candy Sheer (black/green) for my iPhone 5 / 5s was great. Best phone case I ever had.

TPU cases kick ass when they're made the right way.

I don't know how you could possibly describe the Neo Hybrid as "bulky". Also, we haven't seen any antenna/battery issues on my wife's phone in this case.

I grabbed the Fusion for my 6+. I definitely like it. I want to try a Tech21 Classic shell impact case though. I bought a Spigen tech armor case but it was just rubber and a cheap piece of plastic on the back. Definitely not worth the 20 bucks.

Whoops it was the Neo metal hybrid and yea if you look online some ppl have issues with antenna or wifi due to the metal bumper. I just thought it was too bulky to hold and use in one hand even though I have big hands.

So I finally installed the Nillkin glass protector and I got to say it's quite nice. It covers the entire screen all the way to the edge unlike the other glass protectors that only cover barely past the LCD screen (also instead of a horseshoe around the TouchID, it's a pefect circle cutout). The edges of the glass is pretty noticeable if you don't have a case that covers the edge as I would not recommend using it with a naked Iphone. The added weight of the glass is noticeable at first but you get used to it.

I use the protector in conjunction with a Rock TPU .8MM clear casing and they just compliment each other perfectly. The lip of the Rock case sits flush and covers the edges of the glass protector. This alleviates the problem I had where the sides of the Rock case weren't gripping phone enough and it was getting caught on things since the case has a little lip around the front of the phone to protect the screen when placed face down.
