iPhone 3GS call blocking

I don't know of any phone that can block on the device, but your provider should be able to help you, probably for a fee unless it's harassment then they might block for free. Otherwise using a forwarding service like google voice, I believe allows blocking.
 
Thanks. It's jailbroken and I have cydia and installous. Is iblacklist the best? I installed from cydia, if I have the right one, it's a 10 day trial, and 12$ to buy. Iiuc, it doesn't actualy block, just diverts somehow, for example answer and hang up automatically. Correct?
 
Or you could do what Detective Provenza does (from a recent Closer episode) for his first ex. In his address book her name is "Do NOT Answer 1" and her picture is the universal no symbol (red circle with backslash). Made a humorous incoming call screen.
