Getting the 4.7" on contract, the 5.5" is too big for my taste and I have an iPad Air anyways. Very disappointed the base model is 16GB instead of 32GB. I've been fine with the 16GB on my iPhone 5, but 16GB was the base model for my iPhone 4 FOUR FRICKIN' YEARS AGO!! 😀 I changed cars twice in that time, and they're still stuck on 16GB!!

Oh well, most likely a 16GB iPhone 6 for me.

No way iWatch would be as big as iPhone or iPad product category. iWatch is not as bad as Beats though.

Going to apple.com in Safari on my iPad right now , crashes the browser.
Did it three times. The 3rd time I force closed Safari before opening it again. lol

Gonna pass on the iPhone, but I am quite into the Watch. I think it looks great! Just hope i can use it without an iPhone..

Have to say I'm on the boat with everyone else who thinks 16gb for base is a joke. No way I'd go with another 16gb phone, I'd have to pony up for the 64gb.

Since I have to buy off-contract I'm probably gonna skip this update for a while, wouldn't be worth the cost for a 6 64gb, my 5S still doing quite fine and don't really need a bigger screen, have an iPad mini & MBA. Other updates to the phone aren't that overwhelming.

.

That's what Apple is banking on.
I hate that they're going to use an 8GB 5c as the value proposition. (was in the pricing slides)

8GB....

Even though I want the smaller phone, I'm getting the bigger one because it does more stuff.

What are you talking about? The only feature I saw on the 6+ that isn't on the 6 is optical image stabilization. The 6+ also has longer battery life, but that's about it.

Sell on news... but here I think it's partially a case of sell on crappy news.

This happens on literally every iPhone announcement except the first. Apple shares drop right after because "crappy news" and then once the phone is release, spike higher than before. The best time to buy Apple stock is on iPhone announcement. Everyone will hate it, and then a week later, it will sell better than the previous iPhone and stock will rise.

Optical image stabiliaztion.

Higher res display, higher pixel density, significantly better battery life. And some apps will show extra toolbars on the side because apparently a half an inch is just enough to completely change the interface.

Ouch. Dunno about the US, but they raised the unlocked pricing in Canada.

iPhone 6: Starts at $749
iPhone 6+: Starts at $859

I am not a fan of the watch but the 4.7" 64GB is what I would get.

As far as "omg android has micro SD" in 2013 when I bought my galaxy S4 I had to hunt for a good week for a 32GB and 64 models just never were made.

This while the iPhone 4S had a 64GB option in 2011

So get out of here with that "android has more storage" BS. Android is a budget OS on budget devices for a budget experience

Yet it has better specs. And remember how much LG or Samsung is in Apple hardware. Just looking at displays and CPUs.
