On the page that describes the promotion, it says that the product must have the label "Get your MSN Holiday Reward" in order to qualify for the reward. I don't see that label on the Ipaq 3635. Any input on this?

ok, I just did this deal with my amex card. Hopefully, I'll be able to sweeten the deal a little more with amex pricematching. I'll let you guys know how the msn deal went if and when I get the email from them.

The shipping is a total rip-off; a way to make their prices look much better than they truely are. That being said, it still seems like a great deal. I am very tempted.

I was going to do the STAPLES Deal, but I would be curious to see how this one pans out? I remember the one year we raped the MSN passport deal....

I just did this deal and it will come to about $210 after shipping. Still a great deal.

I did the online help for the MSN Holiday. Jacqueline (the cyber girl) said that it is a qualifying purchase. WOW!!!! Now, I'm going to sign my wife up so that we can take advantage of more deals.

The Staples deal is whacked. They sent it to "Corporate" 3 days ago and still no word. Time's awasting and I don't want to do business with some ol' joe who don't want to do business with me.

Big bump to SoloKid...

When I got the MPSuperstore link on a search for ipaq 3635, the "Holiday Reward" popup pops up. Says that I'll get the $20 for every $100 from thsi store. Guess we'll see.

I did the same deal. I got a call from an MP store salesperson trying to push me on buying the extended warranty. No way would I get it. Anyhow I got a second call from them telling me that the IPAQ will be shipping out today.

Wish I could get in on this deal but I live in NY and would be charged around $40 for sales tax. Anyone know if I can get around this by shipping it to a friend in a no-tax state?

being forced to pay with passport wallet is a shame. it took me over 15 minutes just to get the passport website to accept my login so i could change my wallet. i could change everything else just fine, but trying to change the wallet would time out. now, i can not get the passport payment button on the website to work so i can actually buy the 3635. whatever microsoft plans to do with passport, they need to work on making the existing infrastructure work better first.

Same deal here... someone called me and tried to push not only the extended warranty, but also some case. Told him no, and my package has already shipped via UPS. Can't wait to get it next week. Looks like an early Christmas gift to myself!

Okay, I'm in. Thanks, SoloKid, for a good post.

Now, wasn't there also a limited time free (or cheap) upgrade for the 3635 to PocketPC 2002? I think it expires at the end of November. Can anybody post a link to that?
