I can't change my wallpapers using photos anymore. The option to set as homesceen and background are gone. Did they remove the option?
All I can do is use the default ones listed under wallpaper settings.
 
If you go into setup and then backgrounds there's a wallpaper option you can hit. In there is an option for photos. Can you choose from there?
