iPad / iPad Mini - Can you download stuff via utorrent?

Can you download files through programs like uTorrent on iPad or iPad mini? I have never tried this when I had iPad 2 in the long past. I know in OS X it works fine just like the Windows OSes. Can you do such on iPad???

Not directly. You'll have to sign up for one of the torrent services that download the files and provide you a URL to it. Then you'll need a seperate app for file management on the iPad to store/retreive them.

What I saw one person do was to get the .torrent file from the site, and then put that into a folder synced with dropbox. Their torrent software of choice at home would then download the file and deposit it into another dropbox folder, and delete the .torrent file.
