iPad does not register mother in-laws touch...Vampire?

If I did not see it myself I would not believe her, but I watched her touch the screen/button and it would not register her touch.

I watched her finger squish down and nothing, I touch it normally and it works.

Is she a vampire or something?

Basically this. On really cold days the capacitive screen doesn't capture my touch because my finger tips are too dry. I have to warm up my hands a little with my breath and it works again.

It just means she's not very conductive (i.e., dry skin). Try some moisturizer =D

My hands tend to be dry but I've never run into this.

Sound advice. Everyone knows vampires don't exist, but mother in-laws are very real.
