My sister in-law just bought me an Ipad 2 and I was wondering what is a good cover to get for it. Also, is a microfiber cloth good enough to clean the screen? Thanks

I just got the Belkin Verve Folio Stand and I really like it. Its just like the Incase model I had for my iPad one (for some reason Incase has made it super difficult to get their cases in Canada). I like this one because it has a strap to keep it closed, and can easily be turned into a stand to hold the iPad vertical for easy viewing.

The ones that cover the screen only, are a waste.. not sure why you'd need just the screen covered.. you really shouldn't be putting things on the screen.

I've had good luck with the smart cover plus the back only protector from www.clearprotector.com It's just a strip of 3m plastic that's been cut to fit the iPad 2. Keeps the weight down and offers scratch protection.

I use a leather case from Monoprice. It's not bad for $10. The only faults are that the stand portion of it doesn't really work as well as Apple's smart cover and the magnet in the flap seems to be too small/weak as any fidgeting of the cover causes the device to wake up and go back to sleep. You'll hear it click a lot (the lock sound) if your hand constantly brushes up against the flap.

As for cleaning it, I just use whatever soft piece of cloth is near me... including clothes that I'm wearing. I do the same thing to my phone, and it works just fine... no weird micro-scratches or anything like that.

Speck makes some nice cases. I bought one of their cases for the iPhone and I know a few people who bought some for their phones, iPads, and laptops. I've only heard good things.
