IP35-e (BIOS 18) with an e7400, no multiplier?

So upgraded to an e7400 today, and had to flash my Abit IP35-e to BIOS 18 to get it to recognize my chip, and now I can't find the multiplier in the Soft Menu. It seems to be stuck on 10.5, although if I put the FSB at, say, 400, it will tell me the estimated clock is 4.0 (10x), but then if I boot CPU-Z shows me running at 4.2 (10.5x).

I can't get this chip rock stable at 4.2, so I'm trying to go 400x10, but the multiplier is no where to be found. I haven't found anything about this particular problem on Google, does anyone have any experience with this?

Thanks
