IP Relay is originally designed for the hearing impaired, but they do not require proof and they say anyone can use it.

Since it is free, I sometimes use it to make long distance calls from computer lab, because they don't have a student phone in the lab and can't dial out long distance anyways.

Is it ok to do this?

if anyone can use it then yeah that would be my guess. If they call you up tho I would go. WHAT I CANNOT HEAR YOU!!!

Shhhh.... If it gets abused they might take it away 🙁

My girlfriends mom is a deaf/deafblind interpreter.. we've been using IP Relay for long distance and other calls for years.
