IP relay calling...

I'm getting IP relay calls from another forum that I posted my phone number on and was wondering, this doesn't cost me does it???

Also, can I block these calls???

I do admit, its pretty funny listening to these operators say what these people type but, its getting annoying...

 
It's just like getting a normal phone call as far as costs go.

Dunno about blocking.
 
Call the phone company.
Call the relay company.
Call the webmaster of the website.

Hell, call someone rather than posting about it on here.
