IP Address Question

I got a router for a cable modem and I was wondering if the ip addresses would conflict on battle net or not. Assuming they do (which I think they do), is there any way to get around it so that both computers can be signed on at the same time? I heard something about wingate perhaps, anyone??

As long as they don't have the same IP address, you should be fine.

From personal experience...

Both can play Diablo2 however they want.

Both can play starcraft, but 2 people from the same IP can't be in the same game.

I doubt Blizzards apps (games) would allow this (multiple connects from 1 IP to 1 game), I suspect it's part of their anti-cheating strategy.

hmm, i see

well seeing as how I'm not cheating D), is there something like wingate or something else to change or mask my ip so that my friend and I can be in the same game??
