Ip address question (trying to hide IP under Java)

I am trying to figure out how to hide my ip address while surfing to remain anonymous. I am using a program called SurfNOW wich works fine for putting me behind a proxy. The problem is when I go to a certain page, they use a java window. The script gets my "real" IP everytime no matter what, because it bypasses the proxy. What can I do to stay hidden or at least under a different IP while that java window is up? I have tried ipconfig/release renew but for some reason I am getting an error and I'm not sure that would work anyway.

I am running XP Pro and a Netgear MRV814 Wireless router. Thanks!!

Here is the info on the java console:

Java(TM) Plug-in: Version 1.4.1_01
Using JRE version 1.4.1_01 Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM
User home directory = C:\Documents and Settings\****

Proxy Configuration: No proxy

Look into java permissions . You need to do something along the line of denying all network traffic to java applet.

Ok so the pop up window that says loading java, and java aplication that loads will work ok? I'm sorry, I'm not sure I know exactly what the applet does. Where would I find that setting in IE? Thanks a ton for the help!!

I hope that you know that under best of circumstances, while the Sites you are going to see the Proxy's IP. The Proxy's ISP keeps records of where you are going to.

In other words you are not really Anonymous.

😉
