Option 1: Type IPCONFIG at a DOS prompt.

=====================================

Option 2: Win2000 has a GUI WinConfig like the Win98 one, it works with WinXP too.

Download, and place in your C:\Windows.

Link: http://microsoft.com/windows2000/techinfo/reskit/tools/existing/wntipcfg-o.asp

Nothing to install just excuter the proggie.

======================================

Option 3: There is a very nice proggie that tells you both your LAN, and WAN addresses.

Link: Tell me My IPs.

Unzip and put it in C:\Windows

Nothing to install just excuter the proggie.

click start
run
type cmd

when the black box opens, type Ipconfig /all

where it says IP is your LAN IP (internal network when running more then 1 comp hooked up by router, etc)

for your WAN ip (your public, Internet IP) click here
