iOS storage question?

I have a iPad Mini retina and everytime I plug it to my computer to sync with iTunes, I saw Other occupied a lot of storage with no means to delete it, anyone have that problem?
 
"Other" is just everything that isn't Photos, Audio, Documents, or Apps.

To see where your space is used, go into your iPad's Settings > General > Usage > Storage
