Staples is at it again, They are offering in the B+M:
you buy Iomega ZipCD internal SKU435458 and Agfa CL18 digital camara SKU443383
price match the ZipCD at onvia.com for 149.95 W/free shipping
Price match the camara at pric*watch.com for $99.00 with the unknown shipping
(Staples will add $5.00 for this).
Use the rebates: $100.00 from staples, $30.00 from Iomega, $30.00 from Agfa
Use the staples codes to get an additional $65.00 off. Staples policy I was
now told is ONLY to allow 2 codes per transaction. All together, the two items
will end up costing a little over $45.00
I figure thats a good deal. there was some confusion over using the rebates together,
so I asked the CSR about it and her manager said there is no problem using the Staples rebates along with the manufacturer rebates. Please be gentle as this is my first post
and I hope im following the posting rules.

This is super hot deal .........
btw, I have a few questions on this ...
1. Where is the $30 rebate? I couldn't find it :(
2. The three rebates are all require ORIGINAL UPC code, so is there anyway we can send in the copies?

never mind, I found the rebate form ........ I was looking at www.agfa.com that's why I can't find it :p

On the staples coupon it says:
"...Offer not valid with any other rebates, offers or promotions"

Is it still all right to use the staples coupons? Does anyone know?

Thanks.

I think it's valid ...... because we're sending the rebate to IOMEGA and AGFA .... so Staples won't know about it.
We will just send the copies of UPC code to staples for the $100 rebate .......
btw, can anyone else verify about this?

Sorry I was a little vague with the info. its my first post and didn't want to get my butt in troule with the mods. BTW, you could also probally do a good deal on the Maxtor scanner
SKU437030 It's $79.99 with a $50.00 rebate BEFORE adding a $25.00 off $75.00 coupon
didn't think to do that at the time though. Heck, you could make money on that deal..:)

You better make sure you can send copies of UPC codes. I did an officemax rebate once and used copy of a UPC code; In the end, the rebate company won't give me my rebate, even though the officemax CSR said it was okay to use copies. The rebate company is Young America.

This Staples $100 rebate allows upc copies. Don't need either one, but what a hot deal. By the way, Young America is a pain. They tried to stiff me on a rebate with a copy of the receipt, not the original. I called OfficeMax to complain and they validated the rebate and I got the check.

I tried this deal, they added $28 next day shipping charges on the camera pricematch, BUT you can pricematch the CDRW to $149.99 (before rebate) with Officemax's Sunday paper ad (OM item # 14271343). They would only allow 1 dollar off coupon also.

I just did this deal with one small change...
I used Buy.com to pricematch against, to save confusion...
Cost me a few dollars, but I'm not going to complain since it went thru so smoothly.

Iomega 153.95 at buy.com
Agfa 116.95 at buy.com

Free Shipping on both

Total: 270.90 before rebates and coupons

Final cost for me (Only used one coupon code 40/150)
$80.90 shipped, after rebates etc;

The scanner deal is pretty good also, I had to go the the B+M to get that though.
there is a coupon code for the B+M store but i hesitate to post it here as the mod may open a can of whoop *SS on me..:(
scanner and 5 blank CD-R's( to make up a $5.00 difference)
total cost on scanner and disks = $5.02
enjoy ppl, ICQ me if you want the B+M coupon

Ok, lets get this straight.
150 for the zip CD
120 for the agfa DC (oncia free shipping)
-100 Cd/Dc rebate
-30 Dc rebate
-30 CD rebate
-40&25 coupon from staples
+ about 10-15 for tax
= 55 bucks

thats about right?

I think I might try this=)

Regards,
Steve

Ps any more info? Do I order two times? one for the Dc one for the Cd? does the staples rebate allow for a copy of the upc?

thanks,

Steve

I don't think you can use 2 dollar-off coupons. The csr should have been told only 1 coupon is allowed by now (check other threads to know how people abused the coupons and caused staples.com to enforce the policy)
Let us know if you can still use 2 coupons.

the zip Cd plus some small thing and the 40 coupon.
tada!!
oh yeah, anyone know the sk for the paperclips?

thanks,

Steve

Are you sure this will work for phone/online orders? On the $100 Staples rebate it says "Staples stores only."
