That form states:
"This offer is available to those customers who elected not to receive the magazine subscription during the order process. You may request a refund for the stated value of the magazine within thirty days of your order by sending this form to..."

Does that mean you can apply for that rebate even if you declined their offer during checkout? That's what it looks like to me.

Also, you can get another $10 off if you are a first-time Google Checkout customer. There's a 7% off coupon posted in the SD thread on page 3, but it's supposed to be only for users it was emailed to. I'm not sure if they check that though.
 
$10 off for first time GCO. This looks pretty hot if all you need is 320GB. Hell, the enclosure itself will run you $10-20. Doesn't appear to be refurb...does anyone know if it will shut off automatically with your pc?
 
Yeah, I don't know if it is PATA or SATA but it really doesnt matter much for that price. Looks like they are out of stock but more comming in so you can still order. Probably be out of stock in another few minutes.

nice price. i didnt do it though. whenever there's a rebate. thats a big turn off.
but still at 69 its still awesome for external usb drive 320gb

That seems to bypass our Websense proxy where I work 😉 The key is to use https at the beginning, along with mail.google.com.

btw...I got in on two of these...hopefully get more in stock for the rest of you.

Same here but VZW's wireless sync page isn't blocked and I can get my gmail through that. Of course in order to get on the wireless sync page I have the email pushed to my phone but at least this way I can get to it on a pc if I have something really long to type.
