IO Port Probe Lockup

I tried a fresh install of Slackware 9.1 on my Dell Inspiron 8600, but during bootup it hangs at:

cs: IO port probe 0x0800-0x08ff:

I think it's my Dell Truemobile Wireless Card in the modular bay causing it, but I can't be sure. How can I fix this?
