These are two of my favourite bands and I still enjoy listening their music. No quality stuff like this coming out lately🙁
Nothing beats them in setting me in the right mood for an all night crazy party🙂
How do you feel about them?
 
Depeche Mode is pretty cool.
I couldn't think of a single thing INXS did. Except of course for Michael Hutchence dying from autoerotic asphyxiation (poor guy)
 
They're both good. I like Depeche Mode better though. I was listening to them in the days before "alternative" was still underground and didn't get much radio play. Those were the days....
 
i can't vote. because i don't think they are both "great" bands but i do like some of what they have done.
 
I like both bands.. I like anything by Depeche mode except for all the stuff they did after the album Violator. They went downhill from there. As for INXS, they got a lot of good songs. My personal favorite is "Beautiful Girl". Very catchy tune..

Ultra of recent past was not bad, they should have had better mixes for 'it's no good' though.


 
Depeche Mode in concert is truly amazing. I saw them in Philly last year. I would disagree though about their recent albums not being as good as the old. Ultra is truly amazing and Exciter was actually still very good once I got into it.

I still remember my first DM concert in 1986. Very cool. The unplugged versions of songs they played just at concerts ruled. As far as INXS, I think "Devil Inside" was their best song.

I like them both. Depeche Mode I like the best though. There was once a time when I was stuck on listening to nothing but Depeche Mode and Jesus & The Mary Chain. Guess it was the mood I was in those days.
 
amazing how bad i was getting flamed for defending DM yesterday...well, i think it was only by 2 shmucks that have no idea what good music is.. =P
