Hey all, ive been looking at a q500 and i need some info on the case. Is there a place for a fan below the floppy? if so what size? also what size are the fan holes above and below the PS in the back? Thanks, whatever else you can tell me about this case would be appreciated too.

The Q500 is a well-made case and is considered a good case to start with if you want to modify it with blowholes. The rear fan holes are for 80mm fans. There is no fan mount below the floppy, that space is taken up by 5.25" bays. I have heard lots of good things about the Antec SX830 and SX1030, but if you need five 5.25" bays, the Q500 is one of the few cases that has that many.

Consider that the Q500 has only one external 3.5" bay, so if you run both a floppy drive and an internal Zip drive, you will have to put one of them in an adapter and use a 5.25" bay for it.

Of course there is silly people :)
I have a 120mm blowhole just below the drive cage (for HD's) :)

80mm behind the processor and another 80/92mm in the back top.

Oops, I misunderstood... yes, there is a fan mount down at the bottom, but not what you'd call "below the floppy," which is up at the top (last I checked). ;)
