Invoice template for MS Word or Excel

Does anyone have an invoice template they can email me for MS Word or Excel? I know Excel has one built in but for some reason it won't load up for me, and I don't have admin rights on this computer to reinstall the template, so if someone could help me out and send it to me in document format it would be greatly appreciated, my email is vim_k_gt@hotmail.com
