Yea, I just heard of inversion tables.

What exactly do they do, and is it worth it?

Doesn't it give you headaches?

Do they help you grow taller?, I heard that, but I doubt it.
 
they are kinda cool if you have a bad back...they basically tip you upside down and it takes all the pressure of your back and stretches things out...really fun when you are drunk!!!
