Invaluable website for anyone involved in tech support

The vast majority of the calls I get involve walking someone through configuring their software. It's not too bad when their using Win98 with IE5, but when you have the Mac user with OS 7.5 using Netscape 3.4, it gets a little more difficult to remember where everything is.
