Yah thats what my cousin told me she gets when she tries to instal aim.exe

i told her the only way i no how to fix is to reformat, but shes too young todo that, any quick fix way to fix it? that i could do trhoguh VNC or i guess guide her?
 
Do other programs install OK? If so, chances are her AIM installer executable is just bad, and she needs to download it again.
