Invalid System Disk?

When I OC my Duron 700 to 950, works fine. At 1ghz I get Invalid system disk? WTF? Someone know a solution, or is my cpu at its limit?
 
try more cooling. I used to have that at 800 (slot tbird 700), but with a little improved cooling, I can even get to windows sometimes at 850.
