I have a P200, when I boot up, the "Invalid System Disk Error" came up, I tried to reconfigure, and load the BIOS Default, but the message still came along after boot up. I thought about the CMOS battery, but I couldn't find it anywhere. Can anyone please help me with this ? Thank you.

Your system is unable to read your hard drive. Maybe lost your boot sector or boot files.

Try booting up with a boot floppy.

Then run fdisk to see what your hdd looks like and report back here with your findings.

if you don't have a floppy in the A drive on booting up then you could have damaged your master boot record or have a boot-sector virus such as the AntiCMOS.A virus!
