Invalid ActiveX/com entries

I have two registry errors that pop up when I do a one button quick scan.
The are both Invalid ActiveX/com entries.

1) the key viewer\DefaultIcon," refers to a missing Icon,
"C:\Documents and settings\Owner\Local setting\temp\Bellsouth\SPRT\Vault\vi\Viewer.exe,O."

2) the key, "Viewer\Shell\Open\Command entry, "refers to an invalid command entry,
"C:\Documents and settings\Owner\Local Settings\Temp\Bellsouth\SPRT\Vault\vi\Viewer.exe%1."

What does it mean and how to I correct, delete or repair please? Thanks.

This is not a hardware related issue.
