Let me give you a little bit of a background and why I strongly recommend intu flow.

I used to always move a lot, exercise work out etc. At ~17 I quit. When I was ~30 I started again. I started bodybuilding and after a while changed my goal from becoming muscular to just having a great healthy workout and physique. 5 years after starting to work out I became ill. It was a process that went on for ~2 years. I became worse and worse. Im not 40 (soon) and have been ill for 5 years. (In the last month I have become better and getting better, YIHAA)

I work as a coach with mental practice, inspiration / motivational talker whatever. My basic line is I get people to perform at their maximum. No matter which context. Sports, proffessional or someone who just wants to feel better. My knowledge in this area is very good. In order to do that, I have not only studied the brain but how the body works.

If you have been ill for 5 years with barely any movement your body doesnt function very well. I get winded by a couple of stairs, my muscle have deteriorated. I had to start doing something that kept my body fit but didn´t take a lot of energy to do. Also I started getting rsi on different places. You can compare our tendons to rubberbands. If you don´t use them well you can compare them to rubberbands that spend too much time in the water. After a while they don´t work very well. Basically you have to make a movement that makes the tendons extract and contract to the maximum. "Stretching". This is also one of the effects of yoga.

I wasn´t happy with the excercises that are well known.

I at last found intu-flow. Please note I dont teach it, I have no affiliation I make no money out of it. I just share it because its simply too good not to.

Intu flow is basically to increase movement of your joints. Sideffects are increased bloodflow, incresaed movability (ofc). Personally for me it increased the quality of my everyday experience. It´s a replacement for yoga. I dont do any stretching any more, its not needed. I had a neckinjury from working out at the gym thats now gone. I know of several others that also had backproblems that now are gone.

Is this the 'snake oil' that 'fixes' 'everything'? I doubt that. Is it a really good basic excersice for anyone interested in keeping a healthy body? Hell yea.

If you want to try it out I suggest spending 5 mins a day for 4 weeks consecutive. The routine I started out with was https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hhqdNlvKYhw. What I did to start with was I copied what he did exactly until I got to a point where I did it well enough. Now I have my own routine.

Please feel free to ask questions or give feedback.
