Hello every one,
Im new here and need assistance, I will like to develop a solution to link several sites for easy and secure data sharing, I have considered fiber optics but this will be too expensive, so I thought of a solution using VSAT, to link all the sites, I will prefer a solution that is dedicated to data transfer between these sites and does not include connection to the internet, is this possible and how do I go about this? Thank you.

I just checked vsat quickly and i saw a max speed of 4mbps, I'm not sure what you consider data sharing, but that for me is definitely too slow.

How far are your sites from each other?
 
Easiest and cheapest will be vpn through an internet connection unless the "sites" have LOS and you can go with wireless. If all sites can see one particular location, put an omni directional antenna up and put directional on the other sites. Then you have a private wireless LAN
