Denis Beaudoin, the man who says he could be the biological father of Nadya Suleman's octuplets, said he donated his sperm to her three times without asking questions because he was young and in love.

Beaudoin said he and Suleman had a "serious" three-year relationship from 1997 to 1999 when he was in his early 20s.

Though he and Suleman never talked about marriage, Beaudoin said when he donated the sperm he thought it would be part of "starting a family" together at some point.

Beaudoin said that at the time she first approached him about donating sperm, Suleman told him that she had ovarian cancer and was unable to conceive without the help of a doctor.

Beaudoin said he wants a DNA test just to know the truth. Regardless of the children's paternity, Beaudoin said he is willing to help the single mother of 14 raise the children because he does not believe she can handle it on her own.

They were in a serious relationship for 3 years where he stated he was in love with her, enough to help her have children, and she needed to lie to him about cancer so he could donate sperm for in vitro?... 3 times no less... This whole story makes my head hurt. Did they not have sex in the 3 years of a "serious relationship"? She obviously lied and manipulated people (ex boyfriend and doctor) to execute her plan on having an insane amount of babies where the odds of multiple births were almost none via normal conception. I cannot begin to grasp how ridiculously absurd and insane this woman is.

This supposed dad needs to shut his trap if he knows what's good for him. Friends and family should be smacking him upside the head.

The state needs to make an example of this woman. I say force adoption. If there is ever a case for it, this is surely it. There are many couples who can afford children who can raise her kids better than her. She should lose custody of all 14 kids.

I have to wonder if she's really an attention whore like everyone says, or whether she may be human and is watching her carefully crafted plan slowly fall apart.

From a purely critical perspective, I see her plan as:

- Have Octoplets, get media fame
- Reveal 6 previous kids, get more media fame
- Cash in on media fame and live the happy life
- People ooh and aah at her like the Duggers or whatever
- Profit & Raise the "happy" family

But let's see what has transpired thusfar:

- Have Octoplets --> Got immediate media fame
- World digs in that she has 6 previous kids --> some people question motives now
- People dig a little more and find that octoplets are ill-gotten --> backlash begins
- People dig even more and find ethics issues --> backlash grows
- Media frenzy takes hold, people are onto her --> doesn't get the fame/fortune she was expecting
- Mother declares her resentment (possibly because she knew it was a bad plan to begin with) --> causes even more backlash
- Things start snowballing from here... her PR agency quits --> Uh oh... profit potential is disappearing fast!

Now instead of making money she's on damage control. This daddy bit might be an extension of that no less, one last chance to make it happen.

Somehow I feel this was a scam of the greatest potential, which backfired quickly. Now 14 kids and a few adults (grandparents) are caught in the middle of it. It's worse than the Britney Spears episode. I do hope those babies find happy homes.

Did you watch/listen to the video interview with Dennis on the page you linked? This guy doesn't seem like an idiot to me. He seems sincere. He realizes, in hindsight, that he shouldn't have donated so easily to her even though she pleaded she had cancer and was on a last chance mission to have a child. (as in ONE child).

I like this guy. So far, he's making sense. He came forward so that he wouldn't seem a deadbeat and so he could get out his side of he story before crazy OctoMom told lies about him.
