Interview was this morning - too soon for thank you email?

I had my 3rd interview (and final) for a position with a rather large this morning, and met with 3 members of management. Is it too soon for a thank-you email, or should I leave it until tomorrow?

Follow-up ASAP. The sooner the better; they will know you mean business and want the job. Never think of it as desperation.

I recommend snail mail, not email.

Type up a letter, print it on nice paper, sign it and send it snail mail. Some people will argue that here and say email is fine but you have to remember that the majority of people who are interviewing you are still old school and expect a formal letter.

I even expected formal letters when I was interviewing people, it is just a nice touch.
