What are your favorite questions as the interviewee to ask the employer after they have given you your interview? Mine:

How do you feel about the introduction of new technologies and side projects to further the company?
What is it like (the culture) working at your company?
 
If it hasn't already come up:

I always ask about the culture of the group I'd be working with.
I also ask what sort of offices and tools they use. Ie, am I getting a 17" lcd in a cubical or four 24" LCDs in an office?
 
ask about the review process, how career progress in the company. shows that you care about making a move in your career.
 
1. What is the greatest challenge the department right now?
2. Can you tell me about the company's (or department's) short term and long term plans?
3. What is the leadership style? Command and control or servant leadership???
4. Employee turnover rates?
