I am currently an intern with the company I will be interviewing with tomorrow. Graduation is nearing, and I am basically interviewing for a job to keep doing what I am doing, but for more money and full time. I would like very much to get this job.
I know the people that I will be interviewing with, and I believe my boss is happy with my performance.
Should I wear a suit to work tomorrow (my interview is during my work day). Or my normal dress shirt with no suit or tie? I have never worn a suit to work before, and no one else in the office does either.
Should I expect to go through all the normal steps involved in a normal interview, or do you think they will cut a lot out due to the fact that they already know me.
Also, should I be prepared to discuss and negotiate salary and the like on the first interview?
Any other advice?
