I think I have thought of everything, anyone have any last minute advice for me? P.S This will be my first interview for a management type role. Sao123 got me the interview with his great resume skills.
Suited and Ready

edit: my linking skills suck

be confident
watch your body language (stay open) and try to take over the interview with it, make the interviewer mimick you
think about your responses before you respond, don't shoot from the hip

lastly, show 1/2 inch of your cuff. I don't see your cuffs on your wrists. And unbutton that bottom button.

If the interviewer asks you what your favorite song is, tell him My Love by Justin Timberlake.

If the interviewer asks you to create a hyperlink to something, DON'T DO IT!

That made me LOL, thanks I needed that! 😀

Thanks mate! 🙂

as always, a nice but firm hand shake is always great. Smile and nod as you are listening to the interviewer.
do not sit with your arms closed.
Make sure to have several good questions to ask them at the end of the interview about the comapny, position, etc.
If you have not already, reseach the company!

Ha, thanks everyone, so far every job I have interviewed for I got the position. I hope I can keep that up. I will let you guys know how it goes. I have to interview with the Director of HR, the VP, and the CEO (small software company).

Make sure you are polite and calm, but have a positive attitude. And always be looking straight at their eyes; if you can't seem to do it, (if for some reason they ask a very personal question) look at their forehead 🙂

Remember to be there 10 min before the interview....

Good luck...

but don't go to the desk or wherever you're reporting to until EXACTLTY 2:45.

People have schedules, respect that.

Don't wear cologne. If you do, only use one quick spray. It's better not not smell (ie just use some lightly scented or unscented antiperspirant) than to smell like you took a bath in that cologne.

All other tips posted sound good. Just be sure you've thought about your answer to the question, "Why should we hire you for this job?" That question in some form or other always seems to pop up. As long as you've put some thought into your answer you should be alright.

I've been told a number of times that I'm very well spoken while in an interview and thinks that helps.

Just speak with confidence but not cockiness, be sincereness and try your best to know your own resume back and front so you can respond quickly with questions that pertain to it.
