Interrupts bouncing up, mouse lag

Just built a new system, installed drivers, then installed antivirus, daemon tools, and started windows updates, windows updates and daemon tools wanted a restart, so I let them restart.

At the next start, constant higher-than normal processor use for interrupts, and mouse lagging every couple seconds.. sounds like some sort of a conflict with drivers? I dont know where to start though, I installed all the stuff new.
