internet traffic logging

I need to find a way to monitor internet traffic. I am currently using privoxy which is nice but I need to see from where the traffic is coming from and be able to view reports. Free is good but we are willing to purchase somthing. Any ideas would be great. TIA

A firewall maybe? Or a proxy?

We have a sonicwall and tried their web filtering and logging and and I would rather kill myself then use it. I guess I am looking for somthing that someone uses and likes. Privoxy is a proxy which we like but it doesnt log ip's. We need to know who is asking for what.
