1500/384. $30 for Verizon DSL. Comcast Cable is 4000/512 for $45 here, and the only time I want more bandwidth is when I'm using bittorrent (once a week or so, for 30 minutes (Naruto episode), so the extra $15 isn't that justified, IMO.
