Internet Sharing? what am I doing?

I just got my brother computer back and we want to share the internet, Mine is running win 2k and his is running win98. I have tried several programs but none seem to work, both have the tcp/ip protocall installed and we can transfer files so the network is working. I am running our little LAN with a cross-over cable. I tried WinGate, analogx, Avirt Gateway suite and cant get them to work I obivoulsy dont know what I am doing and any help is greatly apperichated. When the internet gets shared I can finnaly play FF9 and anachronox in peace without him bugging me to play.

try all aboard, http://www.internetshare.com and go to google.com and search for hacked serial number, ive been using this for my fours comptuers, works wonderfully.
