I have a long list of sites in my IE favourites and go through them one by one on a daily basis. Some sites have been updated and some haven't.

I am looking for a tool which looks at these sites/pages and checks if they have been updated and presents me with a list of sites which have been update so I may miss out the ones which haven't.

Has anybody seen such a tool?

Quick and simple wizard to grab and go.

Can be scheduled to look at it whenever you wish.
Then look at the timestamp to see if it was updated.
