Internet just stops working - sort of

Hey guys,

I did a quick search with no results on my problem, at least that I could find.

Randomly throughout the day I will notice my internet will stop working randomly. And when I mean stop working I mean my side gadgets and my IE7/FireFox v2 can?t connect to the internet anymore. But, when I use Xfire (a gaming chat program) I am still connected and can keep chatting with my friends. This problem really has me at a loss.

I am running Vista Premium .. that is all I can really tell you at this point. Anyone have any idea? This has just started to happen in the past couple of week without any other major changes that I can think of.

Just giving this one bumb and hopefully someone might be able to help. Getting a bit frustrating to have to reboot every couple of hours because the internet wont work. Any help is happily accepted.
