Internet is VERY slow when running Kaspersky on Vista

All the pages are taking forever to load. The second I disable Kaspersky, everything started flying again. Has anybody seen this issue before?

This started happening recently too, don't think I've had that issue when I first installed Kaspersky.

Looks like disable "Mail Protection" in Kaspersky solves the problem. Go figure.
