Internet fax services

I'm currently using efax to receive faxes, but not much luck finding a service that charges a flat monthly fee to receive and send faxes. efax wants $0.10 a page to fax. I would prefer a flat monthly fee if possible.
I tried myfax.com but their service isnt up to par as efax is.

EDIT: better yet, buy a @#$@#$@# scanner and use XP's builtin fax capabilities.

i have a vonage line and faxing with it doesnt seem to work correctly at times.
Besides, my laptop is always with me so I would prefer an internet base fax.
