Internet Explorer's Content Adviser..

I know the password and everything so this isnt about how to get past it.

For some reason if I close down every copy of IE and reopen it, the Adviser reenables itself after I disable it.

This happened all of a sudden. Yesterday. I opened it and content adviser turned on. I can't KEEP it disabled. I don't know why. I run Internet Explorer 5.5 w/SP1. It's truly annoying because I have to hit "OK" in Content Settings before I can use the "Disable" button.

Suggestions?
