Internet explorer

hey i have a Desktop with the following specs :

Hp Pavillion
win 98 SE
450 mhz
192 mb ram

The problem is that when i try to compose an email using hotmail in internet explorer, the ATTACH button doesnt work ( actually the whole bar with attach , send a file,etc doesnt work ) when i click on the attach button it just shows a blank drop down menu instead of FILE,etc which should be there

what verision of IE are you running?

The quick solution to this is just reload IE, at least thats what I do when it acts up.

the best solution is don't use IE 🙂

thing is i have dialup ... its my grandad who uses the pc and hes used to IE and doesnt wanna change to another browser so i geuss i have to stick to IE . .. its IE v 5

how would i reinstall ie????? would i have to download it from the windows site?? ( doh )
