Yes, I've already Googled for such a theme but haven't found anything other than a seemingly outdated IE 5.5 theme for Mozilla.

I frequently read about people installing Firefox on someone's PC, then using an IE theme for it which makes the person using it unaware that they are in fact using Firefox. Anyone have a download link to this theme? I'd really like to get my hands on it so that I can install FF on my sister's computer (she doesn't like the available FF themes).
 
Yeah, it's actually Tools -> Themes -> Get New Themes, but those are just the themes listed on Mozilla's site, and the IE theme I heard about is not among those listed there.

Anyone else?
