internet explorer restrictions

hey all,

just got rid of Roings spyware, decided to up my protection so i got adaware, spywareblaster and spy-bot and ran them. however, now i cannot get into my internet options under tools in IE...it says option cannot be completed due to restrictions. anyone know what happened?
 
Go to Control Panel > Internet Options. That's happening because you had SpyBot lock your IE settings from being opened from within the browser, most likely.
