Internet Explorer problem

It seems that now when i view some webpages it automatically saves it to my favorites list. though its weird because when i click on it my screen just turns white and i have to manually close it. could anyone tell me a way to get rid of this annoying problem.

I assume your virus checker didn't catch anything. Have you ran any spyware remover?

I've jump on the Firefox bandwagon also, you might try firefox and see if its having the same issues.

Give firefox a try.

yeah i have run spybot and adaware. also i ran my antivirus and it deleted some trojans but it still seems to be happening. and sometimes now the links show up on my desktop.

You might have to delete these things manually in the registry in your files. You might have to look up the virus on google.com and see how to remove them.


2nd option which I did for my sister's machine, back up her eseential files and reformatted the sucker.
