Internet Explorer Password Backup

I am helping one of the guys at the office move to a new machine. His main concern was being able to transfer the passwords Internet Explorer saves to the new machine. Since I never have IE keep my passwords for me, I have never come across this issue.

I searched and found a freeware program call BackRex, which seems to backup all your IE settings, including cookies and passwords. Has anyone used BackRex or recommend another program to do what I am looking for? Thanks for the help.

Never used BackRex. But - here is a good reference that tells you in effect what you need to know about IE password storage.
