Internet Explorer background problem

When in Internet Explorer I want to save a page from the internet en that page has a background (a picture), then the only way to save this picture with the html file is to save the file online.
I found this when I was downloading a list of the Samourai-X episodes...I saved them online but there was one html file that was saved with a wrong name so I decided to open the file and save it again, offline, but now the background was gone (also in the map that is saved with the html file) and the source was altered.
In the source there now stood: <TD background=&quot;&quot; vAlign=top><BR><IMG align=left in stead of <TD background=episodeepisode89._bestanden/bgtop.jpg

Can someone confirm my problem?? Is this a bug? Can I solve this??
I've got Internet Explorer 5.0.

Thanks

I found a pattern in the problem I'm having:

for example, when I go to a site and save the page as html + folder on my desktop

and I copy the html + the folder to a new folder that I've made on the desktop

and then I open the copy in the new map

and save it under a different name

...my background is gone!!!

It seems that when I do all this copying and saving in the 'C: root of my HD' and 'on my desktop without folders',
I don't have the problem!!!! Only when I'm working in folders on the desktop and the rest of my HD.

Also when I zip the html + folder, I unpack it, open it and save it again..the background is gone.

I asked some people to test this on their pc..they don't have the problem

I'm having this issue with Internet Explorer 5.0 AND 5.5

If someone would be so kind to test this on his computer?? Just do exactly what I said earlier in this message (after for example)
I'll give you the site's address where I'm having this problem with:
