IE6 already asks you if you want to do everything. at least it does on mine

I tried IE7 a day before reformating (just for kicks)
Except for the structure of the UI, I liked it a lot more than IE6. but alas, it wasn't support at my bank, and thus no online banking.. which means no more IE7

You installed a 'leaked beta'. What did you expect?

Does IE7 beta overwrite IE6, or does it leave it alone?

Your noob-ness is showing, dispite you post count.

This is Microsoft.

Unfortunately, there's not much more you can do with an internet browser. All MS has to add is tabbed browsing (to cease the firefox crowd from using that as their main touting point, even though I'm sure you firefox faithful will still say your tabbed browsing is still "better" somehow).

hehe, tabbed browsing is not the "main touting point". the ability to addon features such as adblock, flashblock, and hosts of other simple, customizable plugins for the web browser. I don't miss my days of MS at all, ie, the anticipation of a new product release only to be let down by the same product with a new skin. I'm glad your happy with what MS is doing...
